MASONRY PLASTER PRIMER

A high quality advanced technology solvent-based pigmented primer with exceptional alkali-resistance and “blocking” properties (i.e. to eliminate persistent stains like water-damaged ceilings etc.) also designed for use on sound cement, concrete and brick substrates where maximum life-span of the top-coat is desired and high levels of alkalinity are present. Provides adhesion for subsequent top-coats and provides good opacity over most surfaces. This product must be used in conjunction with either Imperial Bonding Liquid or Imperial Surface Conditioner if the surface is very powdery or friable. Must be applied to a moisture free surface. Suitable for Rhinolite and Gypsum plastered surfaces.
